North & South Gown
Madeline's Pink Riding Dress

Pink riding gown for Dee

Gwtw4ever has completed Madeline's lovely pink polka dress
from "The North and South" book one. The dress is featured in N&S
during the confrontation scene with Justin ,Madeline's first husband at
the old abandoned church.

The dress is just simply stunning with all the gathered ruching on the bodice
and upper sleeve. It also has heavy braid accents on the upper sleeve.

The bodice will be made in a heavier lining similar to that of a corset. With a deep V
at the bottom front, it will lace down the back as dresses of that period did.

The under sleeves are a white dotted Swiss with very deep elegant cuffs adorned with
tiny round buttons
.

The skirt is a very full 9 panels of fabric so it can worn over a hoop slip.
