Mill set by Gwtw4ever for Dee

Jacket is constructed of light blue velvet and is underlined and boned and fully lined.. Collar and sleeves are trimmed with accordion pleated organza trim. Back of jacket has stylized bow-tails. If ordered with white dress, the accordion pleated trim is attached to the dress neckline and sleeve edges.

Purse is of matching velvet with satin cord drawstring. 
Wood parasol with knob handle has hand made stripped organza fabric. Hand made hat frame is covered in taffeta and French Alencon lace and has bridal illusion streamers that tie in back under hair. Pin to decorate hat not included.

This is slightly larger than 1/2 life size doll ( 36" tall).

We will send you back a measurement chart for fitting. We are not limited to Scarlett costumes.
